Job description
ProHealth Home Health is seeking a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) to provide intermittent home-based physical therapy in Denton, Texas. You will conduct evaluations, develop plans of care, and administer physician-prescribed therapy in patients' homes under supervision of the Director of Clinical Services.
Requirements include graduating from an approved PT program, current state licensure, and strong initiative. Two years' experience preferred.
