Job description
Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients in Troy, MO. You will plan, implement, and evaluate care plans to restore or maintain well-being, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team.
Requires active state PT license, two years of experience, current CPR and Hepatitis profile, and knowledge of durable medical equipment. This role supports a national, patient-centered home health network focused on compassionate care.
