Job description
Frontier Home Health seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to perform skilled evaluations and treatments in patients' homes under physician orders. You will restore and maintain function, reduce pain, and promote safe mobility and independence.
You will educate patients and caregivers, develop home exercise programs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes and compliance with regulations.
