Job description
CenterWell Home Health, a Humana Inc. company, seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients at home under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
You will deliver PT-related treatments, document care, and participate in team education to promote functional recovery and independence. Requirements include current PT license, valid driver’s license and CPR certification, and the ability to work in patients' homes.
