Job description
HarmonyCares seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver in-home primary care for high-acuity patients in New Jersey. You will join a physician-driven, team-based model focused on quality and patient outcomes, providing comprehensive care in patients' homes Monday through Friday.
The ideal candidate holds NP licensure in the state, a DEA license, geriatrics experience preferred, CPR/BLS, board certification, and a valid driver’s license; a company car may be available in select markets.
