Job description
Clover Health is seeking Staff Physicians to deliver primary and supportive care in patients’ homes across Georgia. You’ll oversee patient cohorts, conduct in-home and telehealth visits, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to close care gaps and improve outcomes.
The role requires an MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine, GA licensure (DEA/CDS), and at least five years of advanced clinical practice, with relocation support
