Clover Health is seeking compassionate Staff Physicians to join our Clover Home Care team in Georgia. This role involves providing primary and supportive care directly in patients' homes for better health outcomes. You will collaborate with nurse practitioners, manage cases, and work with interdisciplinary teams to improve care.
