Job description
Sears is seeking a full-time Project Sales Consultant to join our In-Home Outside Sales Team. This role offers 100% commission with benefits, typically $45K–$80K, and top performers $90K+ annually.
Consultants visit customers from home and rely on pre-confirmed appointments from our National Sales center. Responsibilities include local market travel, driving a personal vehicle, and converting leads into sales while providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
