Job description
Addus Family Company is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home therapeutic services for elderly, chronically ill, and disabled patients. Working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will implement care plans, lead prescribed exercises, support mobility and fall-prevention programs, and educate patients and families on safe techniques.
