Job description
First Senior Home Health Tampa seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled PT services in patients’ homes in Tampa, FL. You will perform initial and ongoing OASIS assessments and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning.
The role is full-time with PRN options in a home-health setting; requires Florida PT licensure, CAPTE-approved education, and CPR certification. Travel to patient homes is expected and English proficiency is essential.
