Job description
Addus Family Company is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide compassionate in-home therapy services to elderly and disabled patients. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training, and monitor patient progress.
You’ll document care accurately, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families to promote safety and independence at home.
