Job description
Alpaca Health is hiring for an in-person RBT role delivering one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes, classrooms, and communities. You will implement BCBA plans, collect data, and form consistent, growth-focused relationships under direct BCBA supervision.
The position offers direct mentorship from a BCBA, flexible full-time or part-time options to meet client needs, and pathways toward BCBA certification with training reimbursement for hands-on learning.
