Job description
UnitedHealth Group's Patient Care division seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver and coordinate in-home nursing services across East Hartford, Manchester, Hartford and surrounding towns. You will assess patients, implement care plans, and collaborate with physicians and caregivers to ensure seamless continuity of care.
