Job description
Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home rehabilitative care for seniors and individuals with disabilities in the United States. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans, guide exercises, and offer mobility and safety training to help clients stay independent at home.
You’ll document progress, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate clients and caregivers.
