Job description
Thrive Support Services Inc. in Martinez is seeking an In-Home Respite and Personal Assistance Program Manager to build and lead two Regional Center-vendored services. You will define service design, recruit staff, and ensure compliance with DDS, 17 CCR, and the Lanterman Act.
The role also serves as agency Director for the In-Home Respite Services Agency under Title 17, with responsibilities for budgeting, referrals, governance, and program evaluation across Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
