Job description
Adventist Health in Bakersfield, CA seeks a registered nurse to plan, direct and provide in-home care for patients under our home health and hospice program. You will manage a patient caseload, perform comprehensive assessments, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to meet individualized goals.
The role requires RN licensure in California, CPR/BLS certification, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; BSN preferred and prior acute or home health experience encouraged.
