Job description
p3 Human Capital is actively seeking to fill a full-time registered nurse (RN) case manager position in Fairfax, Virginia. This role involves providing skilled nursing, personal care, and rehabilitation services in-home.
The ideal candidate will be an RN in good standing, hold CPR/First Aid certification, and have experience with IFDDS and CCC+ waivers, as well as in-home or hospice care.
