Job description

Professional Case Management is seeking RN-Case Managers in Ohio to perform in-home nursing visits for former Nuclear Weapons Workers with chronic illnesses. You will assess health needs, manage medications, and coordinate care while maintaining a flexible schedule and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include direct client care, supervision of caregivers, and collaboration with the regional director to improve services and outcomes in home settings.
