Job description
Professional Case Management is seeking RN-Case Managers to perform in-home visits for former nuclear workers in Ohio. You will conduct weekly nursing assessments, ensure home safety with medical equipment, and coordinate care with caregivers and staff.
Schedule is flexible, supporting school, travel, or family time. The role requires a valid RN license, 2+ years nursing experience (1+ year in home care), BSN preferred, and CPR certification.
