Professional Case Management is hiring RN-Case Managers in New Mexico to deliver in-home nursing visits for former Nuclear Weapons Workers with chronic illness. You’ll plan, assess, and coordinate care on a weekly cadence, with visits typically lasting 1–2 hours.
