Job description
Professional Case Management is seeking RN-Case Managers in New Mexico to deliver in-home nursing visits for former Nuclear Weapons Workers with chronic/terminal illnesses. You will assess health, ensure home safety, and coordinate care with caregivers.
This role offers a flexible schedule, strong work-life balance, and benefits such as PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a 401(k). RN licensure and CPR are required, with BSN preferred.
