Job description
Professional Case Management (PCM) seeks RN Case Managers to conduct in-home nursing visits for former nuclear weapons workers with chronic and terminal illnesses in Washington. Nurses will assess health, ensure home safety, and oversee caregivers.
Visits are weekly and last 1–2 hours, with a focus on patient relationships and quality of life. Qualified candidates hold an RN license, BSN preferred, and have at least 2 years of nursing experience including home care; supervisory/case management
