Job description
Professional Case Management is seeking RN-Case Managers to provide in-home nursing visits for former Nuclear Weapons Workers with chronic/terminal illnesses in Washington. Typical visits are 1–2 hours weekly, including vitals, home safety checks, and caregiver coordination.
You’ll build one-on-one patient relationships and support improved health and quality of life while enjoying a flexible schedule. Qualified candidates are graduates of state-approved nursing programs with an active RN
