Job description
Professional Case Management is seeking RN-Case Managers in Washington to perform in-home nursing visits for former nuclear weapons workers with chronic illnesses. You’ll assess, coordinate care, and support family and caregivers, with weekly visits of 1–2 hours and a schedule you create.
