Job description
Professional Case Management is seeking RN Case Managers in New Mexico to provide in-home nursing visits for former Nuclear Weapons Workers with chronic/terminal illnesses. The role offers a flexible schedule, in-home care, and strong patient relationships.
Benefits include PTO, medical and dental coverage, and a 401(k). RN licenses must be current in applicable states; 2+ years nursing experience including home care is preferred. Work involves weeklies visits lasting 1–2 hours.
