Job description
Professional Case Management in Texas is seeking RN-Case Managers to conduct in-home nursing visits for former Nuclear Weapons Workers with chronic illnesses. You will create your own schedule and enjoy a strong work/life balance while delivering personalized care weekly, including 1–2 hour visits with vitals and safety checks.
The role requires an active RN license in the state(s) of practice, CPR, and 2+ years of nursing experience (1+ year in home care).
