Job description

Endurance Home Care is seeking per diem RNs to perform in-home assessments and ongoing visits across Duchess and Rockland Counties. Flexible schedule, rewarding work, and direct support from the Nurse Supervisor.

Key tasks include initial client assessments, care plan development, 60-day supervisory visits, and documenting in our digital platform. Per-visit pay ranges from $125 for initial assessments to $65 for supervisory visits, with mileage reimbursement.
