The Role
As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will:
Meet with pre-qualified homeowners, (no cold-calling). Each of our homeowners asked for your expertise, (no wasted time).
Use our proven diagnostic process to efficiently identify issues and get them resolved.
Lead decisive, high-clarity conversations that drive partnership between you and the homeowner.
Do what's right, not what's easy. Bring excellence to every homeowner, every time.

Who You Are
A true Sales professional; 3-5 years of sales experience preferred.
Competitive, driven, and energized by goals and results.
Charismatic, persuasive, and comfortable steering high-stakes conversations.
