We are looking for experienced, motivated sales professionals to join our team as In-Home Sales Consultants . What You'll Do
As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in remodeling their bathrooms. Your role is to guide them through the decision-making process and provide solutions that fit their needs.
Your responsibilities include:
Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
Build relationships by listening carefully and understanding customer goals.
Ask thoughtful questions to identify the best remodeling solutions.
Present personalized recommendations and explain available options.
Guide homeowners confidently through the buying process.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation to close.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking confident, relationship-driven sales professionals who enjoy helping people and achieving results.
Ideal candidates have:
4+ years of successful automotive sales experience preferred.
A proven ability to build rapport and establish customer trust.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
A consultative sales approach focused on understanding customer needs.
Confidence guiding customers through important purchasing decisions.
A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to maximize earning potential.
