Sears is seeking Project Sales Consultants to join the In-Home Outside Sales Team in Colorado Springs. This full-time role offers 100% commission with benefits; reps typically earn between $45K and $80K, with top performers up to $90k+ annually. Leads are provided, appointments are pre-confirmed, and travel is local within a 2-hour radius of your home.
No door-to-door selling. You will have a laptop and access to company training, plus medical, dental, and vision coverage.
