In-Home Sales Representative
Wichita Falls, TX | Commission-Only | $150,000 to $250,000+ Earning Potential

What You'll Do
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested information about our products and services. Using our proven sales process and design technology, you'll help customers create the bathroom of their dreams while generating strong sales results.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-home presentations with pre-qualified leads
Present our proprietary sales process using an iPad
Design customized bath remodeling solutions using company software
Deliver pricing proposals and close sales
Participate in ongoing sales training and development
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
What We're Looking For
Candidates must have sales experience and be willing to travel
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Previous in-home sales experience preferred
Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus
Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Wichita Falls market and surrounding areas
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
