Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 annually
Performance-based earnings with significant income potential for top performers.
What You'll Do
Meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present customized bath remodeling solutions using our iPad-based sales system
Design and present personalized remodeling plans quickly and professionally
Provide pricing information, answer questions, and confidently close sales
Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up
Participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales, product knowledge, and presentation skills
Who We're Looking For
Outgoing, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Previous in-home sales, remodeling, or home improvement experience preferred
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Comfortable presenting to homeowners and guiding purchasing decisions
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local market
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
