What You'll Do
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners who have requested information about our products and services. Using our industry-leading technology and proven sales process, you will help customers create beautiful bathroom solutions that fit their needs and budget.
Responsibilities
Conduct professional in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners
Present and demonstrate our premium bath remodeling solutions
Design customized projects using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
Build trust and rapport with customers through outstanding service
Provide accurate quotes and close sales during appointments
Attend weekly training and development meetings
Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company
What We're Looking For

Strong closing and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
The ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Confidence speaking with homeowners and providing solutions
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally within the Sioux Falls area
Experience in home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, gutters, HVAC, or in-home sales is highly preferred
