Location: San Antonio, TX and Surrounding Areas
Compensation: Commission-Based | $150,000 - $200,000+ Annual Earning Potential

About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative , you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath remodeling solutions tailored to their needs. This outside sales position combines relationship-building, design consultation, and closing skills to help homeowners transform their spaces.
Using our industry-leading technology and proven sales process, you’ll guide customers from consultation to installation while building a highly rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
Meet with company-provided, pre-qualified homeowners.
Utilize our design software to create customized bath remodeling solutions.
Educate homeowners on our products, services, and financing options.
Provide pricing information and secure sales on a consistent basis.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to continually improve performance.
Manage follow-up activities and maintain accurate customer records.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred.
Experience in home remodeling, construction, or home improvement sales is a strong plus.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the local market.
Confidence presenting to homeowners and building trust during consultations.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented professional.
Strong closing skills and a desire to maximize earnings.
Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Outgoing and professional personality who enjoys working with people.
