Job description
Paycom - ATS is seeking a skilled home health nurse (LPN or RN) to provide in-home nursing care under the direction of the Director of Patient Care Services. You will follow the service plan, verify physicians orders, and ensure patient safety.
Responsibilities include teaching self-care, documenting visits, coordinating with staff, and maintaining infection control standards. Kentucky licensing and CPR are required; TB test and eligibility to obtain may be needed.
