Job description
BrightStar Care in Wylie, TX is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one home-based therapy. You will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment for patients in their homes, focusing on communication, cognition, and swallowing safety.
This flexible role supports patients throughout the Wylie area, with visits scheduled based on availability and patient needs. Prior home health experience and TX licensure are preferred.
