Job description
Adventist Health in Jamestown, CA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment for patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders within our home health and hospice programs.
The role requires a Master's degree, state licensure as a Speech Pathologist, and CPR/BLS certification. CCC from ASHA is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required for patient travel. You will document outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
