Job description
At Home Healthcare, part of LHC Group and within the Optum family, is seeking a Speech Therapist in Home Health. You will assess and evaluate patient care needs related to speech and language disorders, and develop treatment plans aimed at improving communication, swallowing, and cognitive function in collaboration with the care team.
Responsibilities include applying state-defined practice standards, documenting progress, advising patients and families, and supporting care coordination.
