nNovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking an In-Home Staff Physical Therapist in Haslett, MI!
nIn-Home Physical Therapy team looking for a clinician with outpatient orthopedic philosophy towards treating in-home post-total joint patient population for current growing program. nSchedule: 4 days throughout Mon-Fri and one weekend day
nCompensation: $85,000 - $95,000 (commensurate with experience)
nIncentives: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief

n nResponsibilities
nnnIn-Home Staff Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, muscle, nerve, joint, and bone disorders or diagnoses to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
n
nnTravel is required to different home care settings, between clinics, doctor's offices, and to patient's homes.
n
nnEvaluates the home environment for rehab and make appropriate recommendations to increase the independence of the client.
n
nnDevelop, prepare, and maintain individualized client care progress records with accuracy, timeliness, and according to agency policy and procedures.
n
nnSupervise physical therapy assistants by directing, participating in, and presenting continuing education programs; and assume administrative/supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the director.
n
nnEducate client/caregiver and health care teams in the phases of physical therapy in which they may assist the client, in the use of prosthetic and orthotic devices and durable medical equipment, as appropriate.

n nQualifications
nnnLicensed physical therapist in the state of employment.
n
nnMinimum two years of experience as a physical therapist.
n
nnAutomobile liability insurance and current unrestricted driver's license.
n
nnCPR certification or complete training required.
