Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Full Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to perform in-home health evaluations the majority of the time. You will travel within a defined coverage area, performing assessments, reviewing medications and medical history, and conducting physical examinations using a streamlined clinical workflow on an iPad.
The role requires active licenses, board certification, and the ability to obtain multi-state licenses.
