Job description
CVS Health Corporation seeks a Full-Time In-Home Traveler Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform home-based health evaluations across a Nevada coverage area. The clinician will connect with members, review medical history and perform assessments, using a digital workflow on an iPad.
Travel up to 100% is required, with potential overnight stays as needed. Board-certified NPs or PAs with active licenses, multi-state licensure ability, and strong communication skills are essential.
