Job description
Advantmed is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to conduct structured, in‑home wellness and risk‑adjustment assessments for diverse patient populations with varying healthcare needs. This 1099 Independent Contractor (PRN) role offers flexible weekday visits with no evenings, weekends, or on‑call, and includes paid mileage and strong operational support.
Most providers complete 4–5 visits per day, depending on availability.
