Job description
Esperta Health seeks an experienced Wound Care Nurse (In-Home) to deliver expert wound care in patients’ homes. You will assess wounds, create care plans, and document thoroughly in electronic health records using WHG guidelines.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and travel to client homes to provide evidence-based treatments while adhering to HIPAA regulations and safety standards.
