Job description
Personic Health is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our in-home wound care team serving Hueytown, AL. This mobile role requires reliable transportation to travel to patients’ homes and assisted living facilities.
Training is provided and paid for by the employer. You will work under clinical supervision, delivering evidence-based wound care, conducting ABI assessments, and supporting patients in their homes and facilities.
