Job description
Esperta Health is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (In-Home) to deliver expert wound care to patients in their homes. You will assess wounds, apply evidence-based treatments, and document thoroughly in an electronic health record, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires an active RN license, 3+ years wound care experience, and proficiency with EHR systems. BSN preferred; travel to patient homes with valid transportation is expected.
