Job description
Esperta Health is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (In-Home) to deliver expert wound care to patients in their homes, assess and treat wounds per WHG guidelines, and document in an electronic patient record. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and educate patients and caregivers.
The role requires a licensed RN in Texas with strong wound care knowledge, EHR proficiency, and willingness to travel to patient homes.
