Job description
Scott & Associates, P.C. in Texas is seeking a Jr. Adverse Claims Attorney / In-House Counsel to join our Texas-based team as a full-time professional.
You will serve as the primary legal resource for intake, review, and analysis of counterclaims and direct claims in our Creditors’ Rights practice, evaluating claims and advising on strategic options. The role requires sharp analysis, exceptional written communication, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
