Job description
A financial institution is seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Bankruptcy, to manage complex bankruptcy litigation and advise on commercial matters. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in bankruptcy litigation and must be admitted to the New York bar. This is a hybrid role based in New York, offering a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $195,000, plus quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits including medical insurance and a 401(k) match.
