Job description
Starts-Align-LL in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Closing Attorney to join its growing in-house legal team. This role manages 15–20 CRE transactions, negotiates easements, drafts purchase/sale agreements, and coordinates with acquisitions and outside counsel to close deals.
You will leverage AI tools for lease analysis and due diligence, work with Senior Counsel, and advance toward ownership of complex closings in a fast-paced environment.
