D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the Legal Department on a broad range of matters including corporate agreements, entity formation, Board of Directors materials, SEC compliance, and corporate financings.
The candidate should have a JD, active State Bar admission, and 1–4 years of relevant in-house or law firm experience, with strong governance and compliance capabilities.
